The Product Marketing manager is critical to the successful development, launch, and maintenance of products. As a key contributor within the Marketing team you'll be tasked with developing effective marketing strategies and plans through proven marketing strategies; developing positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and enabling teams to ensure they are aligned. Most importantly, as our dedicated marketer you'll drive results and significantly grow the adoption of products and features.
This is a permanent full-time remote position with a salary of $70K to $90K.
Work regularly with content marketing to align content to product marketing needs.
Own the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives for new products and improve upon GTM strategies for existing product.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to promote product understanding, alignment, and adoption.
Develop go-to-market plans for new product launches including training, materials, promotion, scheduling, etc
Collaborate with product team to understand new offerings and their value to our customers; provide product team with marketing data to assist in future development
Train customer success and internal marketing teams on new & existing product features, functionality, and value proposition; provide affiliate team with collateral including demos, case studies, fact sheets, presentations, etc
Promote existing and new products through all marketing channels; assist in the creation of marketing content including blogs, whitepapers, emails, video, social media, etc
Conduct regular analysis of competitors for marketing, sales, and product purposes.
Execute and track program deliverables, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
Develop solid working relationships with cross-functional teams to best understand and deliver on business goals and priorities.
Track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas
Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to management and to the broader organization
Be the voice of the customers and Influence Product Design and Product pipeline to satisfy user needs
4+ years of marketing experience
2+ years of product marketing experience with a proven track record of success
B.A / B.S degree or equivalent experience
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Compelling storyteller and customer advocate with a strategic mindset and excellent writing skills.
Ability to interact with business development, sales, customer success, product, and management teams
Detail- and results-oriented self-starter with disciplined workflow practices
Comfortable analyzing large sets of data and consumer research
Strong presentation skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrate initiative and a positive proactive mindset
Must work independently and with a group of peers
Track-record of taking tech products to market and a demonstrated ability to drive adoption and market momentum
Established portfolio of content, marketing collateral, campaigns, videos, e-books, web pages, and other materials to showcase content development strengths
Experience with Wordpress, Hubspot, Google Analytics
